At Station Plants, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy explains how customers can cancel their orders.

Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and purchase details.

Once 24 hours have passed, orders may already be processed, packed, or shipped. In these cases, we may be unable to cancel the order.

If the order has already been shipped, customers may still be eligible to return the item according to our Return & Refund Policy.

If your cancellation request is approved before the order is processed or shipped, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take several business days to appear in your account.
